Michelle Huntley, A.C.C.

Certified Life Coach & Marketing Director

Michelle is a graduate of James Madison University where she majored in Marketing. She has an extensive background in non-profit marketing and fundraising. Prior to joining Life Resources’ team, Michelle worked at the College of Charleston and spearheaded the launch of the College’s first-ever giving day. Michelle’s passion for strategy and people led her to pursue a coaching certification. She loves to explore the “why” behind a marketing campaign and someone’s personal goals.

Michelle previously served as a Leadership Coach at a consulting company where she completed over 400 coaching and consulting sessions. Michelle has coached leaders and executives on topics including goal-setting, management, career advancement, communication, values, and more. Additionally, she led clients through personality assessment results and taught awareness about their strengths and weaknesses within a team dynamic.

Michelle’s coaching helps individuals get unstuck and determine “what’s next.” She helps her clients clarify their values so they can make intentional choices and move forward in life. Michelle specializes in life transitions from high school to college, college to career, career to parenthood, and parenthood back to career. Her goal is to help clients live more meaningful and balanced lives.

Michelle is originally from Leesburg, Virginia, and moved to Charleston in 2019. Michelle and her husband, Harrison, live in North Charleston with their Sheepadoodle, Sully, and are excited to welcome their first child in March of 2024.

Michelle enjoys at-home workouts, reading, walking her dog, and connecting with friends over coffee.
